Questionnaire data

Wholesale Ready does not require an account and does not intentionally store your questionnaire in a customer database. The browser sends it for scoring, and a signed copy is carried in the short-lived report link so it can be regenerated after payment.

Do not submit sensitive data

Use business-level estimates only. Do not enter buyer contacts, contracts, customer names, credentials, confidential retailer information, or regulated data.

Payments

Stripe processes payment and may collect contact, payment, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy terms. Wholesale Ready verifies payment status and purchase metadata to deliver reports and refunds.

Operational data and retention

Hosting providers may process limited technical logs for security and reliability. Signed assessment links expire after 24 hours. Payment records are retained by Stripe for transaction, tax, fraud, and legal purposes. We do not sell questionnaire data.
